As a qualified nursing professional, you will play a central role with us and make a significant contribution to the quality of life and satisfaction of our clients. Our teams work together in an interdisciplinary manner and are characterized by high personal responsibility and a lot of creative leeway.

Your main tasks include:

• Implementation of the care process in cooperation with the leading nursing professionals
• Ensuring high-quality, client-oriented care in the home environment
• Interprofessional collaboration with general practitioners, relatives, and other persons involved in treatment
• Professional support and accompaniment of team colleagues in everyday life
• Documentation and quality assurance according to applicable standards

You bring:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
• Joy in independent, responsible, and family-centered work
• Organizational skills, communication strength, humor, and joy in teamwork
• Good IT user skills (digital care documentation)
• Driver's license category B or willingness to visit our clients by e-bike in any weather
