For our sales department, we are looking for a Salesperson Modernization & Replacement Systems Elevators Region Basel/Aargau immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks: * Responsible for achieving the budget goals in the area of responsibility * Order cleanup, handling of additional orders as well as administrative project management until the handover of the system to the customer * Market development in a defined sales territory (analyses, customer care, acquisition etc.) * Customer consultation * Preparation of offers including calculation, submission of offers and follow-up of offers * Award and contract negotiations * Order completion incl. order cleanup, order completion report and handover to Contract Engineering and assembly * Construction-related technical and commercial clarification as well as any additional order negotiations * Triggering, controlling and releasing of final invoices as well as administration of open items * Participation in handover to the customer. Your profile: * Technical basic training with additional training in sales and or in the commercial field * Experience in field sales, preferably in the construction industry * Experience in the elevator industry mandatory * Good manners, sales flair, eloquent expression in daily contact with our customers, negotiation skills * Good knowledge of MS Office programs, ERP systems * Systematic, structured way of working * Proficient German in spoken and written form * Independent, resilient personality * Driver's license category B.
