Spitex Region Frauenfeld is a future-oriented, continuously growing non-profit organization with around 120 employees and a respectful DU culture. With a service mandate from the public sector, we provide outpatient care and support for people of all ages. To strengthen our management team, we are looking for exactly YOU as soon as possible or by arrangement: a committed and competent leader. Team Leader 80 - 100% (dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH) Leading with heart - shaping with foresight For our Spitex organization, we are looking for a responsible and committed team leader who accompanies and develops our employees in everyday nursing care with professional competence, empathy, and organizational talent. What awaits you: Professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of an interprofessional nursing team with approx. 15 employees; Deployment planning as well as ensuring needs-oriented and high-quality care; Support and coaching of employees in everyday life; Close cooperation with the Leiterin Kerndienst as well as external partners (doctors, relatives, etc.); Co-design and implementation of projects for the further development of Spitex nursing; You are close to the base and ready to take on shifts in nursing. What you bring: Degree as Pflegefachfrau/-mann (HF/FH); several years of professional and leadership experience (advantageously in Spitex and/or the acute sector); completed leadership training or the willingness to complete one; Good IT user skills as well as knowledge of Perigon and interRAI HC; You possess a driver's license and, if possible, your own car.
