Real Estate Manager who convinces with expertise, initiative, and joy in the real estate industry.

Your Job ##

• Independent management of a versatile real estate portfolio
• Support and advice for owners, tenants, and other stakeholders
• Organization and execution of apartment viewings, acceptances, and handovers
• Creation and administration of lease agreements as well as processing of terminations
• Coordination and monitoring of maintenance and repair work
• Cooperation with tradespeople, caretakers, and external service providers
• Processing of general administrative tasks related to real estate management

Your Profile ##

• Commercial basic training, ideally with further training in real estate management
• Professional experience in the real estate industry, preferably in management
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Joy in dealing with people and strong service orientation
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a confident appearance
• Good IT user knowledge (preferably PROPbase)
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and a healthy dose of humor
