Senior Project Manager Building Services HVAC - Pharma

Apply Initial situation ### For our client, an internationally active engineering company with a focus on the life science industry, we are looking for an experienced personality as Senior Project Manager Building Services HVAC (m/f/d). You will take on a central role in demanding pharma and biotech projects and will be responsible for the heating, cooling, ventilation, and sanitary trades across all project phases. You are the technical contact person for customers and project teams, independently develop concepts, and ensure that planning, execution, costs, and deadlines work together professionally. Vacancy No. 6631 ## Tasks ### • Technical leadership and coordination of HVAC teams within demanding life science projects • Development of concepts for heating, cooling, ventilation, and sanitary systems • Sizing, calculation, and planning of building services systems and installations • Calculation, tendering, and technical preparation of projects • Supervision of supply technology during the execution phase • Technical consulting and direct support of customers • Creation and evaluation of quantity and energy balances • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for HVAC systems • Performance of technical offer comparisons • Responsibility for costs, deadlines, and relevant project KPIs • Coordination of project participants as well as support with permits and construction services • Technical guidance and mentoring of junior engineers Requirements ### • Degree in building services engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or industrial engineering, or training as a technician/master with a planning background • More than ten years of project experience in new construction and renovation projects, ideally in a pharma environment • Sound experience in the sizing, calculation, and planning of building services systems according to SIA • Very good knowledge of relevant norms and standards as well as FDA, EMA, and cGMP requirements • Experience in the leadership and coordination of project teams • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving competence • Independent, structured, and proactive way of working • Willingness to travel, including outside the DACH region IT ### AutoCAD: very good MS Office: very good Revit: an advantage BIM systems: an advantage Calculation programs: an advantage Languages ### German m+s: very good English m+s: very good Start date ### Immediately or by arrangement Work location ### Basel Special ### A position for experienced building services specialists who want to make more happen: You will receive the opportunity to technically shape demanding pharma and life science projects while simultaneously taking responsibility for people, technology, and project success.
