On behalf of one of our clients, OK JOB Médical Neuchâtel is looking for a passionate Nursing Assistant to join a warm nursing home (EMS) specialized in psychogeriatrics, located in Château-d'Oex.

Nursing Assistants

Your profile:

• Recognized Nursing Assistant qualification in Switzerland: CFC, Red Cross certificate or recognized equivalence
• Confirmed experience in EMS in Switzerland, ideally in psychogeriatrics
• Great adaptability and good team spirit
• Sense of responsibility, empathy, and listening skills
• Patience and a strong interest in supporting elderly people
• Flexibility in scheduling

Your missions:

• Ensure hygiene, comfort, and support care for residents
• Participate in meal distribution and assistance with eating
• Accompany residents in their daily and social activities
• Ensure the well-being, comfort, and safety of residents
• Observe the general condition of residents and transmit relevant information to the care team, orally and in writing
• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team
• Adapt your support to the specific needs of residents in psychogeriatrics
