For our client, an established company in the field of building technology, we are looking for an engaged and responsible personality as a Project Manager or Head of Heating, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks • Responsibility for the heating specialist department at the location • Technical contact point for employees and other locations • Independent management and execution of demanding heating projects • Project responsibility from the initial offer through execution to acceptance • Planning, organization, and coordination of ongoing projects • Coordination of employees, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers • Contact person for clients, customers, and other project participants • Implementation of designs, concepts, and project descriptions • Monitoring of quality, costs, and deadlines • Creation and processing of CAD planning and tenders • Interface function between management, project teams, and employees Your profile • Completed basic training as a building technology planner for heating or a comparable qualification • Further training as a Project Manager, Technician HF, Master, or a degree at FH level is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in heating or building technology • Experience in the independent management and execution of projects • Good knowledge of CAD planning as well as in the creation of tenders • Confident handling of common IT applications • Networked, structured, and solution-oriented way of thinking • Independent and self-responsible way of working • Resilient, customer-oriented, and responsible personality • Very good German skills in spoken and written form What awaits you • Versatile and responsible position with scope for creativity • Modern workplace in the Urtenen-Schönbühl region • Attractive and dynamic working environment • Contemporary employment conditions • 5 weeks vacation • Flexible annual working hours • Long-term development opportunities within the company • Exciting and varied projects Interested?
