YOUR TASKS ##

• Professional, personnel, and organizational management of the nursing units in cooperation with the responsible managers
• Ensuring and continuous development of a high, patient-oriented nursing quality
• Responsibility for the economical and demand-oriented use of personnel and material resources, including staff and duty planning
• Responsibility for training, further education, and continuing education in the nursing field, as well as the promotion and development of employees and managers
• Close, solution-oriented cooperation with physicians, medical departments, and other internal and external interfaces
• Active participation in the management team and the MES committee, co-shaping the strategic and organizational development of the clinic, as well as performing the management on-call service

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Completed higher education in nursing, ideally at tertiary level, supplemented by leadership and/or management further training
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in nursing, preferably in an acute care hospital
• Strong leadership competence as well as experience in the development of employees, teams, and managers
• Sound understanding of nursing quality, clinical processes, personnel planning, and business management contexts
• Strategic, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with high decision-making and implementation competence
• Very good communication skills as well as good German and French skills
