As an independent insurance broker, we advise and support small and medium-sized enterprises regarding the topics of occupational pensions (BVG, KTG, UVG, UVGZ).

Your tasks

• Independent and holistic advisory and professional support for entrepreneurs and companies regarding the topics of occupational pensions (BVG, KTG, UVG, UVGZ)
• Development of tailor-made solutions along the needs of the customers in the area of occupational pensions and personal insurance
• Identification and exploitation of customer potential, cross-sectoral deepening and expansion of the customer relationship
• Construction, maintenance and active further development of a comprehensive relationship network, internally and externally
• Appearances as a speaker at internal bank events
• Positioning and representation of the bank at external events

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training (bank or insurance)
• Completion of further training, ideally in the pension area (university of applied sciences, higher vocational training, federal diploma or similar)
• Completed intermediary examination (VBV) or certified financial planner with federal diploma
• Very good knowledge in the pension (BVG) and personal insurance area (KTG/UVG) as well as sound market knowledge in the collective foundation area are an advantage
• Independent, responsible and quality-conscious way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact and high competencies in negotiating and presenting
• Flexible and team-oriented personality
• Very good German skills, business fluent English and/or French skills
