Then we are looking for you! -------------------- Task ## Your tasks: • You advise and support our customers by telephone and, if necessary, in the retail store • You are responsible for the sale of our assortment with a focus on tires as well as service and wear parts • You ensure high customer satisfaction through the active sale of our sales activities and services and are co-responsible for achieving our goals • You process inquiries, offers and customer complaints and undertake administrative work in connection with our wide assortment and service range • You record customer orders and returns • You ensure the flow of information between field service and internal departments Profile ## What you bring with you: • You have completed vocational training in the automotive industry, preferably as an Automobil-Fachmann/-frau, Automobil-Mechatroniker/-in or Detailhandelsfachmann/-frau • You bring several years of professional experience in sales and preferably have further commercial training. Interest in automotive technology and technical understanding are indispensable. • You are familiar with the Office programs and ideally with the SAP operating system • Competent and solution-oriented communication, persuasiveness and enthusiasm for sales suit you and you want to participate in the further development of the team • You communicate orally and in writing with stylistic confidence in German • Direct customer contact, personally as well as on the telephone, gives you pleasure • You are willing, with appropriate performance and suitability, to take on additional tasks within the dedicated and successful inside sales team and to develop personally as well as professionally • You are an initiative personality and, with your positive charisma and your pronounced team spirit, you bring the ability to achieve goals together with colleagues What you may expect We offer you a versatile and demanding activity in an exciting environment with scope for design.
