You are the first point of contact for our customers by telephone and in writing for all concerns. You dispatch inquiries efficiently to the responsible department and thus contribute to customer satisfaction
You process customer reports also on third-party systems of our customers
You dispatch incoming alarm messages to the responsible department and instruct them according to instructions
In a well-coordinated team, you find solutions even in hectic situations
You manage various video and pager monitoring systems
You are in close contact with different emergency services
You take over the remote monitoring of our employees in external terrain
You maintain our customer database with current data
Possibility for increasing responsibility in the administrative area
What you bring:
You enjoy telephone customer contact
Your native language is German and you have good knowledge of ösisch, knowledge of English and Italian is an advantage
You are IT-savvy and familiarize yourself with the processes of new software
You have a strong sense of responsibility and communicate in a goal-oriented manner
You maintain good manners and are service-oriented
You also work in a goal-oriented manner in hectic situations and maintain an overview
