The Stiftung azb in Strengelbach is a non-profit institution that offers supported living options, work, as well as training and integration placements for around 400 people with mental, physical, or psychological impairments. The Vocational Integration area supports individuals in professional reintegration into the primary labor market in cooperation with the IV-Stellen. The offer includes early intervention, integration, and vocational measures such as assessment, training, education, and job coaching. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Vocational Training Specialist Business & Administration 80 - 100 % starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks are: * Conducting trial weeks, assessments, commercial training (EFZ, EBA and PrA) and other measures with the assigned insured persons as the case manager * Promoting specialist, methodological, social, and self-competence as well as supportive introduction to the requirements of the primary labor market * Conveying the training content according to the educational plan * Educational responsibility for the commercial training as well as the conceptual further development and design of the educational offers * Processing customer orders * Completing administrative tasks and reporting. We wish for a communicative and resourceful personality who convinces with commitment, creativity, and a pragmatic approach and brings the following profile: * Empathy and understanding for people with support needs * Completed vocational training at EFZ level in the commercial field * Further education: Course for vocational trainers in training companies (40h) * Good communication skills as well as consulting and negotiation skills * Secure use of the German written language as well as solid IT skills (Office 365) * French and English skills are an advantage.
