The area of responsibility includes the initial contact with clients and professionals - in person, by telephone and by e-mail -, appointment scheduling, as well as the opening, maintenance and closure of case dossiers.

A further component of the area of responsibility includes the careful processing of accounting, including the recording, control and further processing of relevant financial documents.

In addition, you will undertake general secretariat and administration tasks such as mail, e-mail and data management, the organizational support of the team and the management, as well as office organization including material management and care of the infrastructure.

What you bring with you

• A commercial basic education or comparable qualification
• Ideally several years of professional experience in the social sector
• Stylish oral and written German language skills
• Profound computer skills (especially Office applications)
• Independent, structured way of working
• High social competence, empathetic and respectful manner
• Resilience and calm handling of difficult situations
• Foreign language skills are an advantage
