In this position, you will take over the professional and organizational management of the outpatient clinic and, together with an interprofessional team, ensure high-quality, patient-oriented treatment. In addition to independent psychotherapeutic case management, you will coordinate and further develop the outpatient processes. You will accompany, supervise, and promote your employees and shape an open, appreciative cooperation. You are also responsible for treatment planning and patient management, coordinate organizational and administrative processes, and participate in the further development of treatment quality.
