Quality Controller

We are looking for a rigorous and versatile person to ensure the aesthetic and technical control of machined microtechnical parts, throughout the manufacturing process. The position combines visual control, dimensional control, and monitoring the compliance of parts according to defined quality requirements. Quality Controller (M/F) Desired profile: Basic technical training in mechanics, microtechnology, quality, or deemed equivalent. Proven experience in the quality control of machined parts, ideally in a microtechnical, watchmaking, or precision environment. Very good mastery of reading blueprints and dimensional and geometric tolerances. Good practice of conventional measuring instruments and optical control means. Ability to perform both aesthetic controls as well as technical and dimensional controls. Excellent visual acuity, sense of detail, and high requirements regarding quality. Rigorous, autonomous, methodical person, comfortable in a production environment. Good analytical spirit, clear communication, and ability to collaborate with production teams. Main responsibilities: Perform aesthetic and dimensional controls of machined microtechnical parts according to blueprints, ranges, and quality criteria. Carry out in-process controls and final controls to guarantee the compliance of components. Use suitable measuring means: caliper, micrometer, dial indicator, measuring column, profile projector, or optical equipment. Read and interpret technical blueprints, dimensional and geometric tolerances as well as control specifications. Identify, isolate, and document non-compliant parts, then ensure the traceability of the controls performed. Participate in sorting operations and non-conformity analyses in collaboration with production and the quality department. Ensure the proper use of control means and compliance with procedures, instructions, and quality requirements.
