YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
You manufacture high-precision components for medical technology and ensure a stable, efficient, and qualitatively flawless production process with your expertise.
Your focus:
Independent setup and operation of modern CNC turning, milling, or turn-mill machining centers
Manufacturing of demanding small series (approx. 5–75 pieces) according to drawings, work plans, and production documents
Carrying out dimension and quality controls according to the inspection plan
Ensuring stable, economical, and qualitatively flawless manufacturing
Carrying out maintenance work and ensuring the technical readiness of the systems
Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the work area (6S)
Active participation in the continuous improvement of our production processes (KVP)
Support in the introduction of new products and production processes
YOUR COMPETENCIES
You work independently, reliably, and with high initiative. Thanks to your experience and technical understanding, you maintain an overview even in a demanding production environment.
Completed training as Production Mechanic EFZ, Polymechanic EFZ, or comparable basic technical training
Several years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing
Experience in the independent setup and operation of CNC machining centers
Confident reading of technical drawings
Experience in handling measuring and testing equipment
Exact, quality-conscious, and careful way of working
Teamwork skills as well as a sense of responsibility
Good German skills in speaking and writing (B2)
