What you will do

• You receive product donations by telephone and email: professionally, reliably and solution-oriented
• You dispatch food according to demand and cost-effectively to warehouses and partners
• You organize transports and keep processes running reliably
• You make decisions, even when things have to move quickly
• You maintain our donors in the CRM and build sustainable relationships
• You work closely with logistics and partner organizations
• You keep an eye on costs and impact at the same time

What you bring with you

• Initial experience in dispatching
• You are a coordination talent and can prioritize, decide and take responsibility
• Experience and enjoyment in contact with customers and various contact persons
• You communicate clearly and, thanks to your structured way of working, maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• You are passionate about our mission of charitable Food Saving
• You are a team player
• Very good German and confident communication in French. Italian is an advantage.
• MS Office proficiency and you learn new tools quickly
