In this responsible position, you will take over the operational management of our warehouse area and, together with your team, ensure a smooth, efficient, and safe flow of goods. Your tasks Personnel planning, management, and control: Ensuring efficient use of personnel as well as leading, motivating, and developing the warehouse team. Process optimization and monitoring: Analysis of existing processes and continuous optimization of warehouse and logistics processes. Ensuring operational processes: Guaranteeing a smooth flow of goods and efficient warehouse operations. Stock controls and inventories: Monitoring stock levels as well as carrying out and organizing regular stock controls and inventories. Occupational safety: Ensuring and monitoring compliance with all safety regulations and measures in the warehouse area. Interface management: Close cooperation with sales, logistics, and other internal departments for the optimal coordination of goods processes. Your qualifications Completed vocational training or studies in the field of warehouse/logistics or several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics. Experience in the leadership and management of employees as well as strong social competence. Independent, goal-oriented, and committed way of working with a high level of commitment. Organizational talent, resilience, and enjoyment of working with people. Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to motivate, promote, and develop employees.
