With over 60 solo and articulated buses, we operate two efficient bus companies: Chur Bus and Engadin Bus. Actively participate in • Technical and personnel management of a team of around 15-20 driver employees with joy, recognition and a convincing exemplary role • Promoting and developing employees as well as supporting them in their daily work • Ensuring reliable and safe bus operations in collaboration with the operations management and team leaders • Planning and allocating driving personnel, additional trips as well as during events • Supporting operations during standby services, control center interventions, construction sites and major events • Participating in the driving service and making a personal commitment to first-class customer service • Professional experience in a comparable function, preferably in public transport or planning, as well as a category D driver's license with a valid driver's certificate (CZV) • The pleasure of leading, supporting and developing employees as well as experience or aptitude for a management function • High social competence, excellent communication skills and a confident presence • Openness to change as well as the pleasure of actively participating in the design and development of processes • Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of Italian, both written and spoken • Mastery of common MS Office applications and pleasure in learning new systems • An independent, responsible and stress-resistant way of working What we offer • A dynamic team and an open company culture that are waiting for you with anticipation • A passionate and responsible task • At least five weeks of vacation, attractive working time models, excellent discounts on transportation and other benefits (e.g. mobile phone, fitness subscription, restaurant, outdoor/indoor pool), opportunities for further training and much more Curious about your next professional step?
