Nursing Development MScN Head Zürich 80-100%

As Head of Nursing Development with a Master of Science in Nursing, you will strategically and professionally further develop the nursing care of a clinic. In Zürich, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement at a workload of 80 – 100 %. You will take over the professional leadership of the nursing service, lead the nursing specialist group, and anchor evidence-based standards in everyday clinical life.

What awaits you in this responsible task

• You will further develop the clinic's nursing care strategically and professionally, in close cooperation with the Head of Nursing and aligned with the group's orientation
• You will take over the professional leadership of the nursing service and lead the nursing specialist group
• You will develop, implement, and monitor guidelines and standards
• You will plan, manage, and implement nursing and interprofessional projects
• You will represent nursing development in clinic-internal and group-wide committees
• You will advise, coach, and empower specialist managers and nursing teams

What you bring with you

• Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) or on the way there
• Sound knowledge in evidence-based nursing, quality and care development, as well as clinical process optimization
• Strategic thinking skills, strong organizational skills, and experience in interdisciplinary cooperation
• Strong communication skills, leadership competence, and a strong sense of responsibility
