Your tasks:

• Operating and controlling pavers in road and civil engineering
• Professional installation of asphalt surfaces
• Ensuring high-quality and efficient surface laying
• Setting up, checking, and maintaining the paving machines
• Close cooperation with the foreman and the surface laying group
• Compliance with applicable safety and quality regulations

Your profile

• Several years of experience as a paving machine operator in road construction
• Experience in handling pavers (e.g., Vögele)
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Independent, reliable, and precise way of working
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, and resilience
• Driving license category B is an advantage
• Good German skills
