• Independent service and repair work for private and commercial customers
• Recording, assessment, and execution of service orders
• Identifying additional repair and renovation needs
• Creating offers and cost estimates
• Customer consultation and active sale of suitable solutions
• Planning and coordination of your own assignments as well as the assignments of a second service technician
• Technical support and coordination of the service technician
• Digital reporting via tablet including material and time recording
• Independent billing and monitoring of service orders
• Close cooperation with management and internal services

Requirements

• Completed training as a Sanitary Installer EFZ
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in service
• Good technical knowledge in sanitary and heating
• Experience in fault finding, repair, and troubleshooting
• Customer-oriented, confident, and friendly appearance
• Good communication and advisory skills as well as sales flair
• Good PC user
