IT Support Engineer / Service Delivery, including Team Lead

Field of responsibility: • Responsibility for processing complex 2nd- and 3rd-level support requests • Prioritization, coordination, and control of incoming tickets and service requests • Ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery • Assignment and escalation of tasks to internal subject matter experts and engineers • Collaboration in a technical focus area (e.g., Systems Engineering, Microsoft 365, Cloud, Workplace, Network, Security or Business Applications) • Active communication with customers as well as coordination between technical teams • Identification of optimization potential and continuous improvement of processes, standards, and documentation • Ensuring sustainable and customer-oriented solution finding Requirements: • Several years of experience in 2nd/3rd-level support or a comparable technical function • Sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud services, workplace environments, networks, or IT infrastructures • Strong hands-on mentality with enjoyment in active technical problem solving • Initial experience in coordination, team leadership or similar, e.g., deputy • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working • Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel • Strong communication personality with a professional appearance towards customers and internal stakeholders • High quality standards, sense of responsibility, and reliability • German at native level, fluent English skills ​ Does this sound like the right challenge for you?
