Leadership & Organization
You lead a nursing team professionally and personally, plan staff deployment and ensure smooth processes in everyday nursing care.

Nursing Quality & Development
You ensure high-quality nursing and care for our residents and continuously develop our nursing processes.

Nursing Processes & Documentation
You are responsible for the implementation and monitoring of nursing processes and ensure correct and complete documentation in the Lobos system.

Medication Management
You ensure the professional organization, implementation and control of medication processes.

Situation Assessment & Case Management
You recognize changes in the health status of our residents early on and coordinate the necessary measures in cooperation with doctors and specialist agencies.

Communication & Cooperation
You promote open and structured communication within the team and ensure a reliable handover and reporting culture.

Daily & Shared Responsibility in the Operation
You take on responsibility in the operational daily business and contribute to ensuring professional and well-organized nursing.
