Your mission will include: Prepare and cook preparations under the control of managers Do the mise en place Store merchandise Master and apply hygiene rules (HACCP) Apply the hotel's standards and procedures Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment made available to you SEARCHED PROFILE Professional diploma (CAP/CFC de cuisine) Experience in a similar position in an establishment of the same level Oral mastery of French Dynamic person having a team spirit Flexibility and adaptability Sense of responsibility Speed of learning.
