As an assistant to the sales management, you support our sales management in the supervision and further development of our branches in the region linkes Zürichseeufer, Ausserschwyz, Sarganserland and Liechtenstein. You are an important contact person for our branch managers, roll up your sleeves, and together with the sales team, ensure that our customers are inspired anew every day.

Your tasks

• You support the sales management in the organization and deployment planning of our branches
• You are in close exchange with the branch managers, support them in day-to-day business, and help with questions and challenges
• You recognize problems early, seek pragmatic solutions, and implement them together with those responsible
• You carry out regular branch controls and keep an eye on order and sales quantities, product availability, and product presentation
• You support the implementation and compliance of our quality and sales standards
• You work actively and independently in sales and regularly stand behind the sales counter
• In the event of personnel shortages as well as sickness or accident absences, you jump in flexibly in our branches
• You know our assortment and identify with our products and our philosophy
• You do everything possible to offer our customers a warm, competent, and unique shopping experience

What you bring with you

• Completed apprenticeship as Detailhandelsfachfrau/-mann EFZ, ideally with professional experience in a bakery, confectionery or patisserie
• Initial leadership experience and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
• Distinct organizational talent and a structured way of working
• You keep an overview even when dealing with several tasks simultaneously and set the right priorities
• You communicate clearly, appreciatively, and in a solution-oriented manner
• Fluent German skills
• You appear well-groomed and confident and have excellent manners
• A positive attitude, ability to inspire, and openness to new ideas
• You are flexible, like to roll up your sleeves, and enjoy direct contact with our customers
