To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Senior Recovery Consultant who brings both technical expertise and experience in dealing with complex credit cases.

Senior Recovery Consultant

These are your tasks:

• Support and advice for recovery private and corporate customers
• Development of individual, tailor-made strategies and constructive restructuring solutions as well as definition of targeted measures
• Implementation of the measures including conducting demanding customer conversations and negotiations to prevent losses for the bank and avoid reputational damage
• Active management and assumption of responsibility for the recovery portfolio
• Processing of debt collection and bankruptcy cases
• Support of the sales units with questions regarding possible risk positions

To succeed, you need:

• Completed studies in business administration, finance or a comparable education
• Higher banking or business administration education
• Several years of experience in the area of Recovery and/or in the consulting of commercial and corporate customers
• Analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness and high resilience
