A true field relay, you organize the daily activity, supervise the collaborators and actively participate in production, programming and technical support to ensure quality, deadlines, productivity and safety. Schedules 2x8 from Monday to Friday (5H-13H / 13H-21H) Main responsibilities: Supervise, support and develop the skills of collaborators: coaching, versatility, evaluations and training Organize the daily activity of the team according to planning priorities and production objectives Monitor individual and collective performance in terms of quality, deadlines and productivity Foster a positive team climate, collaborative and solution-oriented Enforce internal rules, safety standards and the 5S charter Produce mechanical parts on CNC machines in milling and turning Program parts on FAO software (ideally Mastercam) Ensure respect for deadlines, quality requirements and production standards Actively participate in the continuous improvement of workshop processes jpid060f63djm jpit0728jm jpiy26jm
