Profile
Bachelor HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent or foreign diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
Ability to manage a patient portfolio based on continuous evaluation and monitoring of management objectives
Knowledge of the home care field, an asset
Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Listening skills and helping relationship skills
Ability to be pro-active and to position oneself as a partner in network work
Ability to adapt to change, to function autonomously and to manage complex and/or crisis situations
Available, flexible and good adaptability
Driving license indispensable
