Missions
Ensure the role of project manager, supporting the realization department in the development of construction management
Supervise and coordinate the different phases of construction projects
Plan and anticipate resource needs
Guarantee respect for deadlines and budgets, track deliverables
Ensure the training and monitoring of teams in the application of internal standards
Manage small teams on projects
Manage relations with clients and stakeholders
Ensure architectural quality, client monitoring, and the proper maintenance of files
Candidate Profile
HES Architect training or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of experience as an architect, construction management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to question and evolve internal processes and tools
Mastery of ArchiCAD
