What you can achieve

• Support for project managers and management in structuring projects
• Monitoring of deadlines, work packages, pending items for projects, communication, correspondence
• Monitoring and preparation of upcoming invoices
• Coordination of completed orders with the central invoicing department
• Prepare project reporting and prepare financial data
• Creating offers in SAP
• Creating and maintaining project structures and customer orders in SAP (entire life cycle) on behalf of the order manager/project manager
• Transparent, efficient and correct mapping of contracts/orders in SAP
• Mapping and maintenance of preliminary planning based on sales planning in SAP

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training in a technical environment or completed further training as a technical merchant (m/w/d)
• Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA (especially modules PS and SD)
• Team-oriented and communicative personality
• Independent and proactive way of working
• Fluent German skills, English and French an advantage
