Your Task ##

• Responsibility for the operational procurement of the associated product groups and materials in an international environment
• You trigger the orders, monitor the orders, and consider the coordination of delivery dates and invoice verification
• Ongoing contact with national and international suppliers to clarify order and delivery details as well as for the rapid solution of delivery problems
• Processing of complaints and initiation of appropriate measures to ensure quality and delivery reliability
• Maintenance and updating of purchasing data in the ERP system to ensure an accurate and up-to-date data base

Your Profile ##

• Commercial or technical basic training, ideally paired with further training in purchasing
• Several years of professional experience in operational procurement (metals, mechanical components etc.)
• Very good language skills in German and English in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage
• Sound knowledge of Office and ERP
• Sense of responsibility, resilience, and assertiveness are not foreign concepts to you
