Cross-functional Project Manager (M/F)

Introduction ##

For our SupportIndustrialisation & Production sector, we are looking for a Cross-functional Project Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to steer projects aimed at improving the performance, reliability, and efficiency of industrialization and production activities.

Responsibilities ##

• Scope, plan, and steer projects while guaranteeing deadlines, costs, and quality
• Facilitate workshops and working groups to generate pragmatic and shared solutions
• Support teams in problem-solving and improving their practices
• Unify all contributors around the objectives and promote teamwork
• Define and monitor key indicators, anticipate risks, and implement necessary corrective actions
• Ensure communication with stakeholders and steering bodies
• Disseminate methods, tools, and best practices for project management and continuous improvement

Profile ##

• Higher education in project management, industrial engineering, organization, or an equivalent field
• Successful experience in project management and/or facilitating continuous improvement processes in an industrial environment is highly appreciated
• Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2) and in Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
• Ability to structure complex topics, analyze data, and transform ideas into action plans
• Cross-functional leadership, facilitation skills, and the ability to unify without direct hierarchical links
• Rigor, autonomy, spirit of initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills
