What you move You independently operate and monitor our packaging and winding systems and ensure highest quality. You carry out quality controls (IPK) and ensure that our products meet the highest standards. You resolve simple malfunctions independently, support the technical department with maintenance work, and document everything carefully. You perform correct bookings in SAP and ensure a smooth material flow. You are responsible for small teams of temporary employees, train new plant employees, and ensure a seamless shift handover. You support the implementation of changes in the production environment.
