Welcome to Sternenhof!

The Wohngruppen am Luzernerring create a familial atmosphere for people with demential impairments and are adapted to the individual needs and requirements of the residents. In 2 pavilions across 6 residential groups, five to eight residents each are supported, accompanied, and cared for with great commitment in everyday life. In a pleasant, manageable environment, cooking is done together, household activities are carried out, and life is lived in community. The familiar environment gives the residents security and helps them to remain as independent as possible.

In this exciting function, the following tasks await you:

As a specialist in care and nursing, you will take on daily responsibility and ensure care and nursing according to the normality principle to maintain the highest possible independence and quality of life. You will shape everyday life for and with the residents in the small, manageable living areas.
