For the whole of Suisse romande, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality for our external service (field sales): someone who manages their sector like their own business, wants to actively shape growth, and transforms potential into turnover. Our specialist retailers want to be accompanied and advised with competence – and an important lever today clearly lies in development:

Actively placing new assortments, developing concepts in the field of household appliances, inspiring retailers for future markets such as robotics (e.g., reception, service, and cleaning robots) and solar (photovoltaics), and targeted acquisition of new partners.

Your mission

You develop your customer portfolio strategically: you place new assortments, you convince retailers to adopt innovative sales concepts, and you transform advice into concrete sales; you actively drive the development of our assortment and sales concepts in the field of household appliances and you inspire your retailers for future markets such as robotics (e.g., reception, service, and cleaning robots) and solar (photovoltaics) as your growth engine – both with existing retailers and by acquiring new commercial partners: you detect opportunities, you actively meet decision-makers, and you do not let go until the deal is closed; you manage your region like your own company: autonomous planning of tours, clear priorities according to potential, and full responsibility for turnover and development; you accompany your retailers in their advertising and promotional actions and you represent ElectronicPartner at trade fairs and supplier trainings.

Your profile

Basic commercial or technical training and several years of successful and proven experience in external service / field sales – ideally in the sectors of consumer electronics, household appliances, IT, or specialist retail, with your own network in the industry. French at native language level and good knowledge of German (for exchanges with our headquarters and supplier trainings); Italian is a plus. Entrepreneurial spirit and strong personal initiative: you identify potentials, you define your own priorities, and you take action. Great perseverance and prospecting skills: cold calling does not scare you, you conduct difficult negotiations with confidence – and a "no" is for you a motivation, not an end. Excellent communication skills, confidence in negotiation, and communicative enthusiasm – you lead interviews to conclusion. Residence in the sales area, from which you easily reach all cantons of Suisse romande. In external service, you are at home where your customers are – you spend almost all your time directly with the retailers.
