The internship lasts 6 months with an employment degree of 80-100%. Your tasks <br /> • Taking minutes in interrogations for all proceedings leaders, incl. party-public witness interrogations as well as during status meetings in the execution of protective measures • Creating dismissal and non-prosecution orders • Creating penal orders and indictments • Creating party submissions and presenting them before the Jugendgericht • Legal inquiries in the field of criminal law and criminal procedure law • possible participation in further investigative acts <br /> Your profile A prerequisite for a legal internship is the successful completion of a legal Master's degree. You are interested in criminal law and criminal procedure law, possess quick comprehension skills, and are characterized by a structured and efficient way of working. In addition, you are resilient and flexible. Due to your communicative and open nature, it is easy for you to integrate into a team. You are a German native speaker with confident expression. We offer you As an intern at a Jugendanwaltschaft in Bern, Thun, Burgdorf or Biel incl. Antenne in Moutier, you will process, in close cooperation with the Jugendanwältinnen and Jugendanwälte, all cases committed by youths between the ages of 10 -- 18. The offenses to be investigated include all offenses of the Strafgesetzbuch and the Nebenstrafrecht, namely road traffic and narcotics offenses, insofar as they can be committed by youths. In addition to the tasks during the investigation (interrogations, coercive measures, etc.), penal execution and the (precautionary) protective measures and thus the interdisciplinary cooperation (jurists -- social workers -- institutions -- authorities -- parents) occupy a large part of the daily work.
