Automation Technician as Team Leader (d/w/m)

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the technical and personnel leadership of the electrical cabinet assembly team with around 10 employees, including their further development and know-how securing
• You ensure a high quality standard in assembly and guarantee the implementation of safety regulations
• You take responsibility for the coordination of assembly orders after planning has been completed and ensure delivery dates and assembly costs
• You actively assist in day-to-day business and work closely on projects for the further development of the department

Your profile

• You have a completed, basic technical training as an automation technician or similar and have ideally successfully completed further training in leadership
• It is an advantage if you already have experience in mechanical engineering
• You are a solution-oriented, assertive, and communicative personality and enjoy taking on new challenges
• Good user knowledge in Excel SAP is desirable
• You communicate very well in German, English skills are an advantage
