Junior Regulatory Affairs Specialist (m/w/d) 100% To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated personality as of immediately or by agreement: Your field of activity with us: You support the Regulatory Affairs department in day-to-day business and take on administrative tasks You maintain and update RA documents as well as SOPs/work instructions You support the creation and updating of product information files (PIF) and safety reports (CPSR) You support the implementation and documentation of internal controls You help with the processing of deviations, complaints, and corrective actions You support the preparation and accompaniment of internal and external audits You work closely with the production, development, and logistics departments You carry out general evaluations and documentation according to applicable quality standards You are involved in the control of artworks and packaging texts for legal conformity as well as correct INCI declaration What you bring: Completed administrative/technical or commercial training, ideally with a connection to the medical, cosmetic, food, or pharmaceutical industry Initial professional experience in Regulatory Affairs and/or quality management is an advantage, but not a requirement Good MS Office skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus You work carefully, structured, and reliably You have a pronounced quality and sense of responsibility You communicate confidently in German; English skills are an advantage You are a motivated, willing to learn, and team-oriented personality Why us?
