Job Description ##

As an Experienced Residential Broker M/F, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the real estate sector (primarily Canton of Geneva);
• Accompany clients through all stages of the sale or purchase of residential real estate (apartments and villas);
• Evaluate real estate properties and advise clients on their market value;
• Prepare and implement sales strategies adapted to client needs;
• Organize and conduct property viewings;
• Negotiate sale or purchase conditions with the parties involved;
• Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding real estate transactions.

The Successful Applicant ##

As an Experienced Residential Broker M/F, you have the following profile:

• Real estate degree an ASSET
• Minimum 5 years of previous experience in the residential brokerage sector in Geneva MANDATORY;
• Good knowledge of the Geneva real estate market;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Good command of French, fluent English required
• Ability to work autonomously and result-oriented.
