Job Description ##

Your role:

Within a small team, you will work on a full scope combining banking accounting and regulatory reporting, with direct involvement in the production of financial and prudential data. This position offers real visibility and strong autonomy in an environment where the quality of work is essential.

Your responsibilities:

• Maintenance of general banking accounting (general ledger, entries, controls)
• Carrying out monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Preparation of financial statements according to current Swiss standards
• Production and submission of regulatory reporting to the BNS via FIRE (required)
• Control and analysis of balance sheet positions and reconciliations
• Participation in the monitoring of regulatory ratios and prudential indicators
• Contribution to internal and external audits
• Interaction with internal teams (operations, risk, compliance)
• Active participation in process improvement and tool optimization

Profile sought ##

• Training in accounting, finance, or an equivalent field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking accounting in Switzerland
• Proven experience in regulatory reporting (BNS / FINMA)
• Imperative mastery of BNS reporting via FIRE
• Very good mastery of Excel and standard IT tools
• Fluent French, good level of professional English
• Reliable, rigorous, autonomous, and proactive personality
• Comfortable in a demanding and human-sized environment
• Valid Swiss work permit or eligibility for employment in Switzerland
• Residence in Switzerland or in a border area close to Genève (cross-border workers accepted)
• 100% position - full availability required
• Fully on-site position (no teleworking)
