To expand our team, we are looking for a Team Leader Management, starting immediately or by arrangement, who leads small teams at the Basel & Laufen locations. Your tasks Leadership and supervision of two small management teams in Basel and Laufen Responsible for an own portfolio of rental properties and contact person for specific owner concerns Preparation of new mandates according to operational specifications or support for the property manager in setting up new mandates Support in the acquisition and quotation of new mandates Coordination and verification of accounting closures and budget planning Handling of conciliation proceedings and legal disputes (if necessary) with the support of external specialists Your perspectives A versatile task with a lot of personal responsibility and opportunities for further development A team-oriented working environment in a company with a lot of energy and drive Good employment conditions, modern workplace, flexible working hours, home office Profile Several years of experience in the management of rental properties and commercial properties (federal diploma as property manager is an advantage) Dynamic personality who can move in a complex environment (leadership experience is an advantage) Service-oriented, independent, and structured way of working Very good communication skills and competent appearance Good IT skills (MS Office programs, GaraioREM is an advantage) Would you like to shape the future together with us?
