The Beratungsstelle für Sans-Papiers Zentralschweiz advises people without a residence permit with regard to their fundamental rights such as health, education, legal advice and contributes where possible to clarifying the residence status. To support the team, we are looking for, as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement, a legal professional 50-70 % Your tasks include: • Conducting legal advice for Sans-Papiers or relatives from Zentralschweiz in coordination with social counseling • Drafting legal briefs, legal inquiries, applications under AIG and AsylG • Contact with institutions and authorities throughout Zentralschweiz • Administrative tasks within the scope of counseling activities • Cooperation with the board and volunteers of the advisory center • Taking on individual on-call duties as a trusted person for minors With us you will find: • An exciting and meaningful task with opportunities for design • A motivated team of three employees and an active board • Contemporary employment conditions We expect: • Professional experience in the legal field; knowledge of the living world of Sans-Papiers is an advantage • Experience in legal advice, as well as good knowledge of immigration and asylum law • Competencies in the area of intercultural communication and enjoyment of working in a team and with external agencies • Ability to work in a little-structured and sometimes complex everyday life • Good administrative knowledge and confident in IT • Language skills: German, further language skills such as French, English, Spanish or Italian are an advantage • Good written expression The place of work is in the city of Luzern.
