ICT Service Manager/in - Storage & Cloud Engineering

Your tasks

• You are responsible for central IT services in the areas of storage, cloud, virtualization, and hybrid infrastructure.
• You ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation and continuously develop the services.
• In our multi-provider environment, you coordinate internal and external partners, keep an eye on performance and service levels, and ensure binding cooperation.
• You accompany the entire lifecycle of our services - from conception and introduction to ongoing optimization.
• You contribute your technical knowledge to topics such as NetApp Storage, Microsoft Azure, virtualization, and data center operations, among others.
• You work closely with architecture, operations, and security and support technical as well as operational issues.
• With clear communication and a good sense of priorities, you create transparency and drive common solutions forward.

Your profile

• Training in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification
• Experience in IT Service Management, provider management, or in the engineering or operation of demanding IT infrastructures
• Good knowledge in some of the following topics: NetApp or other storage systems, Microsoft Azure, hybrid cloud, virtualization, server infrastructure, backup, monitoring, or ITIL-based operating processes
• Enjoyment in understanding technical contexts, taking on responsibility, and developing solutions together with various specialists
• A structured, pragmatic, and reliable way of working
• Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
