Who are we? The Eidgenössische Hochschule für Berufsbildung EHB is the Swiss expertise organisation for vocational education. We train and further educate vocational education professionals, research vocational education, develop professions further and support international vocational education cooperation. Our locations are in Zollikofen near Bern (headquarters), Lausanne and Lugano, with external locations in Olten and Zürich. Your area of responsibility <br /> • Customer-oriented processing of inquiries from students and prospective students • Independent processing of all administrative processes in the training secretariat • Support for study and course leaders in communication and coordination with students, lecturers and external institutions • Organisation of events • Content-related and team-related interface • Participation in national and regional projects • Responsibility for the practical training of commercial learners <br /> Your profile <br /> • Commercial (or pedagogical) basic education • Professional experience in a comparable field of work is an advantage • Excellent user knowledge of the Microsoft suite (including MS-Teams) • Experience with document management and databases • Stylistically correct German and good French language skills • Strong customer service mindset • Independent way of working with high self-initiative and quick grasp • High quality standards and stress resistance <br /> We offer A varied activity in an established, dynamic team and an exciting work environment at a university at the heart of vocational education.
