To complement our team in the Operations area, we are looking for a motivated and qualified personality as Deputy Head of Logistics for the Warehouse/Forwarding department. As Deputy Head of Logistics with around 45 employees in the areas of goods receipt, warehouse logistics, and forwarding, you will have a significant influence on our logistical processes and are an important position in a rapidly growing environment. Help us perfect the logistics surrounding the production of our high-quality electric buses with your expertise! Your tasks ### • Organizational and personnel leadership of around 45 employees as well as four team leaders in the areas of goods receipt, warehouse logistics, and forwarding • Assumption of the function as Deputy Head of Logistics • Active support in inventory work • Contribution and implementation of process optimizations • Support in physical warehouse optimization • Ensuring and monitoring daily business in all operational processes as well as active assistance in daily business • Monitoring of missing parts and initiation of measures if necessary • Close cooperation with internal departments to ensure optimal material planning for spare parts, production, and assembly • Preparing data from the ERP in EXCEL and formatting it for further processing Our requirements ### • Basic technical training in an industrial company • Further training as a Logistics Manager or similar further training • Many years of professional experience in the logistics environment • Proficient MS Office skills (especially advanced user knowledge in Excel) • Very good user experience in an ERP system • Proven leadership experience and strong organizational skills • Independent way of working and high resilience • High teamwork ability and a strong sense of duty • Very good German skills (English is an advantage) We offer you ### • Interesting and diverse activity in a successful traditional company • Challenging leadership function • Flexible working hours • Performance-related employment conditions • Opportunity for further training and development If you feel addressed, send your complete application documents including cover letter to us via link () or QR code.
