On behalf of a Geneva fiduciary in full expansion, modern and resolutely future-oriented, we are looking for an Accountant wishing to join a dynamic team and actively participate in its development.

This position is intended for an autonomous, rigorous person who is comfortable with both the complete accounting management of a client portfolio and issues related to salaries and Swiss social insurances.

Your missions ##

You will independently take charge of a client portfolio and intervene notably in the following activities:

Current Accounting ###

• Complete management of accounting mandates, from bookkeeping to closing
• Preparation of financial statements and closing entries
• Preparation and follow-up of VAT declarations
• Preparation of files and support for external auditors when necessary
• Regular follow-up and advice to clients on their current accounting issues

Payroll Management ###

• Complete payroll management for the fiduciary's clients
• Preparation and control of salary statements
• Management of social security contributions
• Preparation of periodic and annual social declarations: AVS, LPP, LAA, APG, etc.
• Preparation of annual salary certificates
• Administrative follow-up with various insurances and social institutions

Advice & Client Relations ###

• Being a true trusted interlocutor for clients
• Answering questions relating to salaries, social insurances, and current accounting issues
• Ensuring professional, precise, and solution-oriented follow-up
• Collaborating closely with the entire team in a spirit of mutual aid and knowledge sharing

Your profile ##

• Ideally, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a fiduciary in Switzerland
• You master payroll management and the main Swiss social insurances
• You have good knowledge of Swiss accounting and VAT
• You know the mechanisms related to AVS, LPP, LAA, and APG
• Knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurances constitutes a real asset
• You are able to work autonomously on your portfolio while enjoying teamwork
• You demonstrate rigor, organization, and an excellent sense of customer service
• Very good skills in English, both spoken and written
