Your tasks:

• Operational leadership of a small team of up to 4 employees
• Responsibility for goods receipt, goods issue, warehouse management, intralogistics, shipping and material picking
• Active participation in daily business - hands-on mentality is required
• Ensuring smooth and efficient logistical processes
• Participation in the optimization and further development of logistics processes
• Close cooperation with production and other internal departments
• Ensuring an efficient material flow
• Support in the introduction of new systems and digital solutions

Your profile:

• Completed basic training as Logistiker/in EFZ
• Further training as Logistikfachmann/-frau with eidg. Fachausweis or comparable further training is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally in a production company
• Initial or several years of experience in leading a small team
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Navision or Business Central
• Interest in digitalization and new system solutions such as WMS, scanner solutions etc.
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in working in the operational daily business itself
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Communication strength and ability to work in a team
• Motivation to actively shape processes and drive improvements
