What you can contribute

• Plan, direct and ensure the processes for establishing dispositions (orders, instructions, regulations) and aid documents (notices, brochures and posters) as well as the redesign and modification of insignia at Operations Command
• Maintain continuous communication and coordination between clients, suppliers and operations
• Advise and support the persons in charge of developing dispositions and aid documents
• Ensure their technical and thematic training and development, taking into account the links between dispositions and higher-level directives and instructions
• Draft, coordinate and consolidate contributions to the issuing of orders at the operative level and/or to reports, dispositions and agreements

What makes you unique

• Commercial training completed by further training in the technical field
• Advanced training and experience in project management (IPMA level D) of complex projects and in the field of controlling
• In-depth knowledge desired of the processes and legal directives of the federal administration and the army
• Excellent computer skills and solid knowledge of administrative processes
• Active knowledge of at least two official languages

Operations Command (cdmt Op) is responsible for all operations and all military engagements of the Swiss Army. The cdmt Op includes notably the Air Force, the Land Forces, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT Competence Center, the Special Forces Command as well as the Military Police. Around 40 % of the approximately 2500 employees are employed in civilian roles, from engineers to analysts to aircraft mechanics.

The Swiss Army employs more than 9000 employees in four military professions and approximately 200 civilian professions, across 110 sites throughout Switzerland. It also ensures succession by training apprentices in more than 30 trades.
