The Position
As Reliability Engineer, you are responsible for optimizing plant reliability and availability within the Engineering & SHE department at the Kaiseraugst site. With your expertise, you are an appreciated internal consultant for all production areas of the site and drive the practical implementation of site reliability and asset management strategies. Several years of experience in the technical production environment of the pharma/bio industry as well as practical knowledge of condition-oriented maintenance are preferred
Strong IT user skills: MS Office, SAP, data reporting and analysis, programming skills, project and planning applications (Minitab, databases, Pi Server)
Conceptual, communicative and methodological skills for site-wide implementation of projects and programs, as well as knowledge in FME(C)A, DoE, Burn-In/ESS/HALT, reliability statistics and Accelerated Life Testing
